Our impact

The Year 2025 – The Nilsson Peterzén Family Foundation - Vagabond Shoemakers Foundation

During the foundation’s first year of grants in 2025, a total of SEK 15 million was distributed to organisations whose work aligns with the foundation’s purpose.
The largest portion of the year’s grants was allocated to the following organisations: Doctors Without Borders, HUG, BRIS, Mercy Ships, Mitt Livs Val, UNHCR
In addition, 14 smaller organisations, several of them local in Varberg, have also received contributions.
The foundation has also decided to award two larger multi year grants to The Alzheimer Foundation and Hand-in-Hand
All grants are fully in line with the foundation’s mandate and values.

During the year, the foundation held five board meetings.
